The St. Joseph's Red Hawks will host Atlantic-10 leaders Dayton on Wednesday, and a win would give them a share of the top spot in the conference. The Flyers though are riding a nine game winning streak, and they've only lost three games all year. My money is on Dayton plus the points.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Previous History - Dayton hasn't had any trouble winning on the road, winning six of seven so far. The Flyers are 3-0-1 ATS in their last 4 road games. Their last two wins came in close games decided by a combined four points, most recently 68-66 win at Rhode Island.
2. Step up in Class - The Red Hawks have lost to St. Bonaventure, VCU, Florida and Villanova. In other words, when they've stepped up in class they've failed the test on every prior occasion.
3. X-Factor - The Flyers are 5-2-1 ATS in their last eight versus conference rivals.
