The Oklahoma City Thunder have one of the league's best home records, while the New Orleans Pelicans are about as bad as it gets on the road. It's no surprise to see the Thunder as a double-digit favorite at home against New Orleans tonight, in fact I think the line could be even a little bigger. My money is on OKC.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Previous History - The Pelicans are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games vs. a team with a winning straight up record, and they have failed to cover in five of their last seven overall.
2. Home Cookin' - The Thunder have covered the points in six of their last eight home games, and they've won 13 of their last 15 overall, averaging 112.4 points per game during that span. Russell Westbrook has scored 40+ points in each of his last three games against New Orleans.
3. X-Factor - This will be the second game in as many nights for New Orleans, and fatigue could be a factor coming off a hard fought win over Utah last night.
