The Orlando Magic come in to tonight's home game against the Spurs full of confidence, coming off a pair of wins in a home and home series versus Atlanta. The Spurs keep on rolling, but they are in a tough spot playing on the road on the East Coast in their second back-to-back this week. My money is on the underdog.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Previous History - The Magic have a respectable record at home, going 14-11 overall. In fact the Spurs have just two more wins on the road than Orlando has at home. The Magic have also been a good bet as an underdog, going 8-1 ATS in their last nine games versus a team with a winning percentage above .600.
2. Nikola Vucevic - The seven-foot center totaled 50 points in the last two games in wins over the Hawks, and he also cleaned up on the glass with 22 rebounds in those games.
3.X-Factor - The Spurs have played well despite injuries to Manu Ginobili and Tim Duncan, but they could be missed more in this back-to-back situation.
