The Minnesota Wild are coming off a disappointing performance as they were shutout by the Kings in a 4-0 defeat Wednesday. The Dallas Stars have finally found their stride looking to book a fourth consecutive win, and if recent meetings are any indication they should not have to much trouble to tame the Wild tonight.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Darcy Kuemper - He is the No. 1 key for the Wild to have any kind of success. The 24 year old is coming off a particularly poor performance though as he was chased off the ice after only one period against the Kings, in which he allowed four goals on 10 shots. If you think the Wild should turn to back-up Niklas Backstrom instead you better think again. Backstrom has struggled immensely in Dallas over his career, going 1-5-3 with a 3.75 GAA.

2. Recent Meetings - The Wild won 4-1 in Minnesota on Nov 1 and 2-1 in Dallas on Nov 15, so recent meetings should favor the Wild, right? Wrong, the Stars are looking like a different team than they were only 10 days ago, and Minnesota has lost 22 of the last 27 meetings in Dallas.

3. X-Factor - No other player has scored more goals then Tyler Seguin this season. He is testing the opponents goalie relentlessly, averaging 3.9 shots per game, bad news indeed for a struggling Kuemper.

Selection: This is a play on the Dallas Stars (10*)
