The Iowa State Cyclones will host the Texas Tech Red Raiders, in a game that features two of the weaker teams in the Big-12. The Cyclones though have been surprisingly competitive all season long though, and probably deserve better than their 2-7 record. I like Iowa State as a pickem here at home.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Home Cookin' - The Red Raiders have lost all three of their road games in conference play, by an average margin of 32 points. Their most recent road game was an 82-27 loss at TCU.
2. Injuries - Texas Tech will likely turn to it's backup quarterback, with starter Davis Webb missing the last two games with an ankle injury.
3. X-Factor - The Red Raiders are notorious for fading late in the season, in fact they are 1-10 ATS in their last 11 games in November.
