The Coach's Center Ice Report - 7:00 PM Start +$9,985 NHL YTD
(NHL) Edmonton vs. Philadelphia, 11/04/2014 2:00 PM, Score: 1 - 4
Money Line: -155.00 Philadelphia (Home)
Result: Win
The Edmonton Oilers are still looking for their first road win of the season as they are coming to Philadelphia to take on the Flyers. The home team had a rough start at Wells Fargo Center, but has won their two most recent home games and are looking good to make that three in a row tonight.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Injuries - Both Taylor Hall and Andrew Ference will miss this game for the Oilers. Hall is leading the team with six goals and 10 points but will miss up to two weeks with a MCL sprain while Ference is suspended for an illegal hit to the head against the Canucks on Saturday. The Oilers went from 1-0 up to 3-2 down after Ference left the game, and the captain's leadership skills will be missed for this game.

2. Road woes - That the Oilers are struggling to pick up points outside of Edmonton is nothing new. They finished the 2013-2014 season having the worst road record in the entire Western Conference winning only 16 games away from home. This series have favored the home team in the past as well with the hosts winning four of the five most recent meetings.

3. X-factor - Vincent Lecavalier was back on the ice on Saturday after seven games of absence as he scored the Flyers lone goal in the 2-1 loss at Florida. He is likely to get on the scoresheet tonight as well, scoring six goals and four assists in his last eight games against the Oilers.

Selection: This is a play on the Philadelphia Flyers (8*)
