This is a 4* play on the Devils.
While the playoffs are unlikely for the Devils, they are a long lost cause for the Ottawa Senators. New Jersey still has a chance, sitting six points out of the final Wild Card with a dozen games remaining. They addressed their biggest weakness when they picked up Jake Allen via trade, the veteran netminder is 4-1 with a 2.01 GAA since joining the Devils. The Senators have lost three straight, and they have been lit up for 18 goals in those games. I'll take the Devils as a home favorite in this spot. The Sens season is over, while the Devils still have something to play for.
