AAA's VERY EARLY 10* SEC TOTAL ART OF THE GAME!
(NCAAF) Vanderbilt vs. Florida, 11/07/2015 7:00 AM, Score: 7 - 9
Total: 36.00 | -106.00 Under
Result: Loss
This is a 10* TOTAL ART OF THE GAME on the OVER between Florida and Vanderbilt.

When the smoke clears at the end of this one, we look for this total to eclipse the posted number as the game comes down the stretch. It's Homecoming for the Gators after they beat the Georgia Bulldogs 27-3 last time out, Vanderbilt comes to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium off a humbling 34-0 setback to the Houston Cougars on Halloween night. This is a big game for the Gators and as such, we're fully expecting the team to put the pedal to the metal from start to finish as 11th ranked Florida can clinch a berth in the SEC Championship Game with a victory over the Commodores today. And if there was ever any worry that the home side would be "looking past" its lowly opponent, head coach Jim McElwain put all thoughts of that to bed: "And I've been around some great coaches obviously, something that Nick [Saban] does an outstanding job of," said McElwain. "You can't get too high and you can't get too low. You've got to understand, you've got to take care of what you can take care of now, because whatever the event is, whatever that is, you're preparing for success. Our guys have kind of understood that. If there's a game, let's face it, if there's a game that probably will test that more than anything will be this one." Keep your eyes on Florida QB Treon Harris, who struggled in a bit last week's win over Georgia, going 8 of 19 for 155 yards and one TD. But what better opponent to get untracked against than the pathetic Commodores, who are weak both up front and in the secondary. Vanderbilt has struggled offensively and now faces one of the nation's best, but in this wide open affair, we feel that the visitors will have some opportunities to move the ball; also note that the Commodores have in fact seen the total go OVER the number in five of their last nine as an underdog in the 10.5 to 21 points range, while the Gators have seen the total sail above the posted number in 11 of their last 16 in front of the home town crowd and in five of their last seven as a favorite in the 10.5 to 21 points range. Play on the OVER.
