This is an 8* play on the UNDER between the Chicago Bulls and the Philadelphia 76ers.
We don't subscribe to any single handicapping methodology, but instead feel that being flexible with ones approach is the best way to secure profits over the longterm. As note that Chicago has seen the total go UNDER the number in both games that it's played in this year after allowing 130 points or more in its previous outing (just lost 132-128 in double OT to New Orleans), while Philadelphia has seen the total go UNDER the number in two of its last three off an upset loss as a favorite (had its three game win streak snapped in a 105-101 setback at Memphis most recently.)
The bottom-line: This sets up as a natural letdown spot for both sides. When also taking into account these incredibly strong O/U trends, all signs do indeed point to the UNDER as the savvy call in this one.
