The bottom line: The Bulls comes to town hungry off back-to-back losses, most recently falling 117-92 at Boston. The Bucks are off a 111-106 loss at Charlotte and will also be eager to back on the winning track. Milwaukee has seen the total go OVER the number in ten straight to open December, but the numbers and conditions both point to the UNDER as the savvy move in this one.
