**THIS ONE FLIES WAY OVER** "GAS CANS" COLLIDE ON WED NIGHT!
(MLB) Arizona vs. San Francisco, 04/12/2017 6:15 PM, Score: 2 - 6

This is an 8* play on the OVER between the Arizona Diamondbacks and the San Francisco Giants.

A couple of confirmed "gas cans" collide on Wednesday night and in our opinion, all signs point to these two inconsistent hurlers getting the hook early.

Shelby Miller: He managed a win over the Tribe on Friday despite allowing three runs off five hits and three walks with seven K's over 5.1 innings. It was a decent outing, but certainly not great. Note that Miller was 3-12 with a 6.15 ERA last year and was particularly bad in all "night" games, going just 2-8 with a ballooned 6.28 ERA.

Matt Cain: He was fortunate to receive a no-decision in his first outing of the year after allowing four runs off six hits and three walks over 4.1 innings of work. Last year he was 4-8 with a 5.81 ERA, including only 3-5 with a 5.55 ERA at home.

The bottom line: Miller has more questions than answers and Cain is a train wreck, clearly on the cusp of retirement at this point. All signs point to a high-scoring slug-fest, play the OVER.
