Notre Dame enters this fray 2-1 playing three FCS opponents losing to Georgia 20-19 but defeating Temple and Boston College. With the Irish having played only one quality opponent and losing I was surprised to see them the favorites in East Lansing. State's defense has been noteworthy but their offense and competition come to question. Take NOTRE DAME!
