Reds over Pirates- With 15 games left in the season these two clubs are thinking more about tee times then baseballs as neither team has much if any chance to make the post season. Both clubs enter this affair stumbling as Pittsburgh has lost seven of their last eight games and the Reds are off a 2-7 road trip. The Pirates will start Chad Kuhl (7-10, 4.21 ERA) and he has been very effective the second half of the season posting a 2.99 ERA. Homer Bailey (4-8, 7.26) starts for Cincinnati and he is winless in his last five starts but earned a win over the Pirates working six innings on August 1 and is 9-6 with a 3.48 ERA lifetime against the Bucs.
