Marlins over Phillies- Break-up the 'Wiz-Kids'...the Phillies have won five straight and are sending their ace Jeremy Hellickson (3-0, 1.88 ERA) to the hill against another much improved club in the Marlins. Hellickson has been virtually un-hittable as he has surrendered only 14 hits in 24 innings and an unbelievable 0.71 WHIP and is 3-1 lifetime against Miami. The Marlins will counter with winless Edinson Volquez (0-2, 4.82) who has had little run support in his starts but he is 4-1 lifetime against Philadelphia and is 2-0 with a 1.89 ERA at Citizens Park including a shut-out.
