Rays over Orioles- As the guys in my old neighborhood used to say when growing up, 'not for nothin' but how can Tampa Bay be favored at Baltimore? Well, we have to evaluate the pitching match-up to see what is going on. So far in 2017 in appears that former ace Chris Archer (2-0, 3.20 ERA) has regained his form as Tampa Bay is 4-0 in his starts this season and his mound opponent for Baltimore Ubaldo Jimenez (1-0, 5.51) has a deceiving record as he has received great run support while having a 1.47 WHIP.
