Phillies over Mets- Because of the depth of the Mets pitching staff they are considered the primary threat to dethrone the Cubs in the National League. One of New York's young studs is Zack Wheeler (0-1, 11.25 ERA) who pitched last week for the first time since missing the 2015-2016 seasons. I've seen Wheeler pitch up close and personal in Las Vegas three years ago before his injury and to tell you the truth I was not impressed. Philadelphia will start Vince Velasquez (0-1, 9.00) who lasted only four innings against Washington is his season debut Friday but did mange to strike out 10 hitters. Take the PHILLIES!
