The seasons may change but one thing that doesn't is Virginia Tech and playing defense. The Hokies have held opponents to just 22.6 percent from deep. Maryland has Wahab to run the offense through but Aluma should be able to hold his own. The Hokies are shooting 40 percent from deep which should help them get Aluma some looks in the paint. You will not see a lot of up and down the court action in this game and quite frankly I see this as a pretty ugly game as the offenses go. I like the Hokies' defense and three-point shooting to get the win in an ugly game.
