Both clubs have been playing to several UNDERS of late, but I say the opener of this series sets up as a SLUG-FEST.
How can anyone trust Randy Dobnak of the Twins? He's 1-6 with a 7.83 ERA. He's coming off a successful rehab in Triple-A, but he hasn't seen any big league action since mid-June.
I don't trust Dobnak here, especially facing a Rays line-up eager to get back to its winning ways.
The home side goes with Michael Wacha, who is 2-4 with a 5.70 ERA. He took a no-decision agaisnt the Orioles in his last outing, allowing one run over four innings.
Wacha's been hit or miss this year to say the least.
Finally note, Tampa has seen the total go OVER the number in seven of its last ten after back-to-back losses.
