This is an 8* CUSTOMER APPRECIATION TOTAL on the UNDER Angels/Indians.
Neither starter here instills much confidence.
For arguments sakes, let's call Reid Detmers and Triston McKenzie a "WASH" today.
Neither sports very good numbers. Detmers is 1-2 with a 7.04 ERA, while McKenzie is 2-5 with a 5.12 ERA.
However, each has turned the corner of late, coming off strong outings.
Detmers earned his first MLB win last time out against the hard-hitting Astros, giving up one run and striking out six over six innings. Expect that momentum to get carried over here.
McKenzie comes in off perhaps the best start of his career, going eight scoreless and striking out 11 with zero walks in a dominant victory over the Tigers on Sunday.
While both teams have seen the OVER hit plenty of times of late, everything points to this one sneaking UNDER once it's all said and done.
