This is a 10* PLAYOFF TOTAL OF THE YEAR on the UNDER Clippers/Mavericks.
Tied 2-2, I think we'll finally see a lower-scoring UNDER in Game 5. Luca Doncic provided a performance for the ages in his last start, but I believe the defensive minded Clippers will make some adjustments to slow him down here.
Every game so far in this series has gone OVER the number and while the offenses have "stolen the show" to this point, the situation now points to a "scrappier" more competitive affair and I do expect both sides to start doing some full court pressures.
A slower paced game = less shots and less shots = less points.
Note as well that the Mavericks have seen the total dip UNDER in eight of their last 12 after an OT win in which they conceded 130 points or more in.
After the epic OT battle last time out and after four straight OVERs through the first four games, all signs do indeed point to the UNDER in Game 5 as the correct call.
