With a loss here, the Pelicans will be eliminated from post-season contention though and with that massive motivating factor working in their favor, I think the more desperate club will indeed play with a sense of urgency from the opening tip until the final horn. I'll point out as well that the Spurs are just 7-13 ATS in their last 20 in this series, while the Pels are interestingly 5-2 ATS in their last seven vs. the Southwest division. For all the reasons listed above, lay the points.
