The set-up: This series has been interesting. Atlanta has clearly played extremely well ever since it hired Nate McMillan as coach. This has been a back and forth series. Game 1 went "over," Game 2 went "under," Game 3 went "over" and Game 4 went "under." This pattern is now set to continue in this all-important Game 5 in my opinion.
The pick: And that's based upon this strong trend that's emerged, but also because of a couple strong O/U ATS trends each team has exhibited in this position, as ATL has seen the total go "over" in eight of its last 11 after holding its previous opponent to 100 points or less in a SU/ATS victory in its last outing, while Philly has seen the total fly "over" in 14 of its last 21 in trying to revenge a road loss against an opponent in which it was held to 100 points or less in. This number is low.
